The response-ability audit
An understanding of response-ability in the workplace provides a means to assess, audit and enhance individual and corporate response-ability, create identifiable and measurable improvements in individual life-satisfaction and the corporate ‘bottom line’.
There are three distinct stages, although they often overlap:
- Stage 1: assess individual and corporate response-ability.
- Stage 2: audit response-ability.
- Stage 3: enhance individual and corporate response-ability, according to priorities identified by assessment and audit.
